Welcome to the new Silver Lake Yoga website. You can now sign up for workshops or purchase classes via our online shop - you do not need to sign up for classes. You can view our class schedule or subscribe via google calendar. We offer sixteen different classes, from beginners to flow, and including pilates and thai chi, to suit your needs and to allow you to explore and grow in your practice.
